Although we now have all of the Dirty Harry film scores complete on separate CDs, this 1998 issue was especially welcome as it combined music from three of Lalo Schifrin’s four films: eight tracks from Dirty Harry (1971), five from Magnum Force (1973) and six from Sudden Impact (1983). It’s a great, high-energy album, guaranteed to “make your day.”
